what can i say about the team at Display and Rack... unhelpful, slow to respond, zero customer service...how about they send you display system that is cracked all over the place, broken in pieces that arrived 2 weeks past due date.... I sent them pictures and they said they will replace it... 6 weeks later i neither have a replacement item or my money back!!
i expressed my concern to the "management" who was supposed to call me back 1 week ago as this was a "priority" for them.... some priority... wow such a level of customer service is only reserved for vodafone customers...i must be really special
if they took your money, gave you a broken product which is unusable, said they were going to replace it and have given you nothing for +6 weeks... i'm pretty sure you would be ranting as well...
please stay away
