Dr Steve joined Dr Phil in 2015, and has been practicing dentistry for over 10 years, and prior to that had a degree in Biomedical, and worked in the microbiology field.

Dishonest about their fees. Rude reception staff. Would not recommend.
We apologised on the day for the misunderstanding, and we also took the fee off your account. Sadly we can see it was not enough, and we apologise to you again for the error. We try our best but sadly nobody is perfect including us. All the best to you regardless.

Mum of 3: Thanks for your reply but you are incorrect. The rude dentist refused to even come out and discuss it with me, preferring to tell his office girl to pass on a message saying they would "waive" the fee for a service on the condition I did not come back. Absolutely disgraceful service. The "service" was for a few photos by his office girl for the record. There was no 'informed consent' that this would be an expensive charge for- nor the mention of a charge at all- when I made it clear several times- all I wanted to do was discuss a future treatment option and was very tight on money at that stage- hence querying all potential costs prior to booking in. Being told to not come back simply due to a discrepancy in the billing is not what I clarify as an apology "on the day of the misunderstanding".... Perhaps more time could go on training your staff on customer service instead of them walking around chatting about their lives on the headsets in front of clients...
