Distinctive Dry Cleaners

Terrible!!!! Took my garment to get dry cleaned and it came back with half the colour drained out of it, plus there were 6 places they attempted to get stains out and instead they left ugly yellow bleach marks all oer the front. They were aware of the damage as they tagged my garment with "this is the best we could do". The first lady admitted it looked like damaged from cleaners attempting to get stain out, but manager denied responsibility, saying "some clothes are meant to fade" and "those marks were probably already there". He offered no apology or act of goodwill. He was condescending and his assistant was rude. My garment was ruined

Last year, they lost a pair of my pants and for two months, refused to compensate me for them. This week, they broke the buttons on my wife's jacket, saying "it's not our fault" instead of offering an apology. Well, that's the last time I'm using them. There's a better dry cleaner just a little further up the road that I also use often. I guess they'll be getting all my business now.

These guys save me a lot of time each week by dry cleaning my husbands business shirts, very professional and helpful staff and the service they have for regular customers where you have a blue bag to drop off dry cleaning each week which makes it a lot easier. Have also had doonas and underlays drycleaned here for a very reasonable price.
