Used them for our wedding day and had a number of issues
?Arrived late
?Wrong cart supplied, even after a number of emails and phone calls to make sure the one we wanted was available
?driver wasn't even dressed when we arrived
?cart had horse hair through out
?they were ment to inform us on a location 1km away from our wedding venue, they instead showed up across the road
?they wanted to leave straight away so we had to rush around on their terms
?found them to be very unorganized, rude and arrogant
