Distinctive Stone

Their products may be good, but the company lacks ethics.
I recently purchased an item from Distinctive Stone in Noosa that was advertised as complete, but when I picked it up there were missing parts. They could not supply those parts and subsequently I had to purchase them elsewhere at approximately 20% of the purchase price. When I asked for a reimbursement they said I had received the item at a good price and weren’t willing to offer compensation, but offered an apology instead. That was commendable, but I am still out of pocket.
