I cannot thank Shuchi & Eva from d'Italia enough. 6 months into engaging a local dressmaker I was let down when he said he couldn't proceed due to personal reasons and left me with material but no dress or even a complete design. A friend suggested d'Italia and from the moment I phoned and spoke to Shuchi she put my mind at rest and had everything planned within half an hour. An appointment the next day, material ordered and sourced at the first appointment, a dressmaker contacted and booked in and an appointment for her 2 days later and the designer at d'Italia was on hand to draw the design to suit my body and discuss variations.

Shuchi and the team at D’italia were incredible! I had tried quite a few dresses on prior to visiting D’italia and always walked away feeling disappointed! I had seen the ‘Scarlett’ gown from the moment I started looking at wedding dresses but wanted to try others on rather than going straight to the first dress I saw, as soon as I tried the Scarlett gown on I knew it was the one! The whole process was seamless and I couldn’t recommend the team at D’Italia high enough! Eva the dressmaker was a delight to work with also! My wedding day was complete because of my Scarlett gown and I have never received so many compliments in my life!! Thank you ladies so much xx

The d’Italia team made the process of creating my very own bespoke party dress to wear on the evening of my wedding an absolute dream turned into reality. It was great to make a contribution to my dress and see the journey of its creation from start to finish. Selecting my very own fabrics was a special and memorable process, as was being paired with my dressmaker, Eva. Eva and the team were meticulous and ensured the process was very enjoyable. The end result was a dress that represented elegance, glamour and fun - exactly what I wanted! Thank you d’Italia for creating the dress of my dreams, I will always look back on memories of the day with a very big smile.

My wedding dress experience with D'Italia was truly the best part of planning our wedding day. Thanks to D'Italia, I really felt like a confident and beautiful bride.
Before I had met D'Italia and I started looking for my wedding dress I had browsed boutiques and had consultations with Melbourne designers however my dream dress seemed unobtainable due to various factors (i.e. different vision to the designer, quality of fabrics, price, etc).
Then I had an appointment with D'Italia and all of that changed. I took in all of my inspiration images and selected fabrics that I loved from their exquisite range of handmade laces and real silks. I was so thrilled to meet with the team at d'Italia after an internet search and a recommendation from a colleague. The team at d'Italia really helped my vision come to life. I had tried on so many dresses and then knew in my mind what I wanted but to have it come to life in the store and then with the dress maker was magic!
