I have been a regular client at Diva beauty for several years now and have always been treated with the utmost respect. The staff are friendly, flexible and always do a quality job. I was recommended them by a friend, and now refer my friends onto them as well- that's how impressed I am. I am disappointed to read the comment from Dizz88 as I have known the ladies who run Diva Beauty and I know that the comments about rudeness etc are absolutely false. Unfortunately in customer services you can't make everybody happy, and despite the manager offering them a refund, they continue the issue by posting lies on websites such as this. For potential clients, give Diva a go, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Can't believe dizz88 had this experience at Diva? I have been going there for several years and have been constantly delighted by the exceptional customer service, warm, friendly and caring staff. I have a treatment every month and always leave glowing and looking forward to next appointment. I definitely recommend Diva; a great service and a wonderful spa experience all round

Booked in for 2hr tans @ $45 each. We received the absolute worst tans ever they were applied hastily and with no care whatsoever, and the solution itself was weak and orange. When we called to express our dissatisfaction 4 hours later, we were told to wait til the end of the day for them to develop (which they didn't). To add further insult to injury, we were met with rudeness and refused any resolutions when the initial call was made. I was also hung up on mid sentence by the receptionist.
