I recently visited Diva Nails & Beauty to have a set of acrylic nails put on, eyelash extensions and waxing. Their service, quality of product, workmanship and behaviour can only be described as disgraceful. They are under staffed and over booked, they ran an hour late on a quiet Monday, did a woeful job- nails had to be removed several days later as they were already lifting and waxing was half done with clumps of hair left behind. They forgot entirely my booking for eyelashes so thankfully these clowns went nowhere near my face. To top it off they tried to rip me off and charge me 10 dollars more than their listed price. They then tried to feign ignorance with their shaky grasp of the English language but theft is theft in any language. I am all for supporting local business but these people aren't local and should be avoided at all costs.
