Awful customer service. I called to rent a tank and they were quite rude. I have rented diving equipment from many shops in Victoria and never before has it been a problem that I have a Canadian driver's license. I would have been more than willing to show other forms of ID or leave a deposit on the tank with my credit card. I will definitely not be recommending them as a shop to anyone in the dive group which my fianc organises!
