When I first spoke to Adam the owner, he seemed lovely on the phone and said Friday would be fine to move 9 donated pieces of furniture from one childcare centre in Frenchs Forest to our childcare centre in Maroubra. I explained delivery needed to be by 5.45pm as that's when the centre closes. He said he'd be there between 11.00am-12.00pm for pick up, so easily enough time. All items were small to medium sized so it should've been a fairly easy move. I didn't receive any written confirmation so I rang Adam a few times, and texted, and eventually I got a text back confirming. When they didn't arrive, I rang and eventually got him on the phone and he said it would be more like 2.00pm. At 3.30pm, I rang the Frenchs Forest daycare to ask if the items had been picked up and was told no. Basically from this point on, I was completely panicked. I called Adam after paying for a living social deal for two movers and a truck. He advised that to use the voucher I would need to pay an additional $180. After I advised him that the fine print did not mention having to pay for an extra hour, he hung up. Waste of time. If he had bothered to be polite and talk with me or even make a deal or negotiate he may have been able to get me to purchase the extra hour. But hanging up and not taking my calls, completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this company.

Man I wish I had read these reviews before I hired these ameteurs! After terrible communication from the beginning they turned up 2 and a half hours late- with warning only after being 40 minutes late. I was Ok just wanting to get it done. They were unfit, inexperienced (one told me he had never done this work before so it was hard), very chatty- but I didn't care because we had agreed on a set price from the beginning, I knew they had done a big job just prior so I didn't mind if they were a bit tired. Then at the end, they added an extra $65 to the charge... I said calmly I would like to dispute that because we had an agreed amount, they were late, and they were a bit slow-- and Adam Taylor- the owner and operator- went ballistic! I was expecting some kind of back and forth of course and maybe we would meet in the middle but he acted like a complete child, shouting and called me names. Very unprofessional. Showed up 6 and a half hours late with absolutely no contact from them! Called, text and left multiple messages asking where they were and what time they would show up.
Boxes that were CLEARLY labelled and they were also told were fragile were thrown around and turned upside.
The guys were "tired" and asked whether they could finish the job the next day as it was late (because they showed up so late!) we agreed not knowing until they went to charge us that this meant they were going to charge us double for "travel time".
We agreed on a time for them to show up the next morning and surprise surprise they were late again.
Unless you want some serious grey hairs and sky high stress levels I would never recommend this company!! Would give them no stars but you can't that!

DO NOT USE DIVINE RELOCATIONS!!!! Booked for 10:30. Called to say they would be late and be there at 12. They then didn't answer any phone calls until 3:30 when they called to say they were on their way. By this time my husband had hired a truck and we had to do it all ourselves! Booked 4 weeks in advance. Confirmed a week prior, a day prior and on the morning and still they messed us about! 100% satisfaction guaranteed? You are having a laugh right?????
