"Your child's potential is only a breath away"Yoga club in Schools
Invite us into your school during lunchtimes to create a peaceful and calming activity for children of all ages. This is particular good for children on the Autism Spectrum who have difficulty with lunchtimes structure,, they can come along and learn to be calm and have fun through the yoga stories and adventures. Small groups can be organised for children with additional needs and aide helpers. Maximum of 4 students per class.
Divine Yoga Relax
Organise for teachers or staff members to take part in a half an hour relaxation session during lunchtimes. The half an hour session is equal to 2 full hours sleep, and will relax and rejuvenate each person ready for the afternoon. We would just need a quiet location within the school.
