I purchased a Scoopon for several body treatments and am really happy with the service at this salon which is very clean, inviting and smells gorgeous. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and professional. The initial queries which I had were readily answered satisfactorily and then I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The beauticians also gave me lots of tips and advice. Best of all, I was not treated as a 'coupon customer'. Fantastic service and a business I would unreservedly recommend. A+++

I purchased a scoopon voucher for a eye brow shape, tint, facial and hour massage,

On arrival I was asked to take a seat, a staff took my voucher, and 5mins later I was told to follow a staff to the massage room, no introduction, no client card, no consultation!! I work in the beauty industry and this was very disappointing. Massage was average, then facial was the same, the room was very dark, they didn't ask me any questions about my skin which is disgusting for a beautician, I had to ask what products they used and tell them about my skin type. They didn't tell me about anything and I had planned to buy a few products with their products as I needed a new moisturizer. Then after facial they were like "your done" I had to ask for my eye lash tint I had paid for, and was more than happy to leave without the eyebrow shaping. Wouldn't recommend!
