Spoke to John at DIY Pool Fencing who was extremely rude. Called up to organise a quote for some custom fencing panels we required but was effectively yelled at and hung up on without provocation. I guess the job was too small to be worth his time? Their website claims "exceptional customer service" but don't believe it. Better service at Bunnings and they're probably closer!
