Recently attended this clinic after numerous sleepless nights in which my little one just wont sleep during the day or night longer than what she needs to be at her age. They have groups of 4, each baby is separated into a room with a cot. There is a nurse to work with 2 couples each bouncing between both rooms. They guide you through allowing your baby to sleep on their own without the need to be rocked and how to resettle them. Initially I wasn't opened to the concept, as I thought my little one would be impossible. However, I must agree it has been one of the best classes I've taken to date. I no longer have the need to rock her to sleep and currently still practicing the concept of resettling after short nap. Highly recommend this service to any parents who are looking for help with their little one.
