Dj hair was AMAZINGG!! Went for the color service and I’m so satisfied with my final result, done by Rosie assisting with max. They both are fun and absolutely gorgeous with what they are doing, as well as the other team members are! Definitely going back again!!! I can’t keep my eyes away from myself now haha

I would give this place zero stars if i could. Two extremely disappointing experiences:
1) I booked my sister in for her birthday and called in advance to confirm it. On the day she got there and they said she wasn't in the system? She travelled an hour to get there and they wouldn't even try to fit her in! Way to ruin a poor girl's birthday.
2) I went to get balayage in my hair and after 4 hours ended up with orange splotches all over the place!! Then the hairdresser went on to say that's what it was supposed to look like? Ridiculous. The supervisor came over and said he'd fix it, and after another 4 hours, it was looking more like it should. My hair was bleached twice that day and it'll take years for it to recover!!

If i could save one other person from a horrible experience, i'd be happy - so please avoid at all costs!!

First time at this place and I had a terrible experience. I asked for blonde Balyage and ended up with gray hair! Went back to get it fixed and it's a darker gray now. My light coloured LV bag got stained with hair colour. So $420 later and a $1000 bag stain why can't be fixed I won't just not be back there, I'll make sure all my family and friends in the city know how bad their service is!

[Disclaimer: I've been here about 6 times over the last 3 years, and at the start I was really impressed. However the past two recent experiences, I decided warrant a write up. I'm not so sure I'll be heading back.]

I made an appointment for a haircut one weekend afternoon. Started off well, they have a dedicated receptionist to provide you with tea and magazines (always a good start). Got my hair washed by a trainee and waited for my hairdresser to come. really disappointed with this experience. Was about to head for a birthday dinner after this place so was pretty sure to have stunning hair, but the whole thing went really wrong as finish of the style didnt match what I was asking and had to ask few times for it, but still nothing she could do and I wasnt asking much. Hair got burnt while styling (heat protection is not known to them at all) and some of the parts had to be again restyled as it wasnt going well.....oh boy....my hair.....
Seriously, never in my experience with hairdressers I came across such negligence to customers needs and at the end I had to pay for it.....never again I am to go there. Sad to know that prior making this appointment, I specifically asked for somebody senior to do my hair and here what I got... from senior.....really?!
