I was very disappointed with my colour. I went there once and colour was fabulous. I went back and asked for the same colour but for some reason they said to try another. I tried the suggestion but my hair went red/orange. I phoned and said this had happened and there was no apology or offer to fix. Stupidly I went back and said I want blonde not red. It wasn’t blonde either and still very red.
I did say that but was assured by hairdresser it would settle down. Instead it went orange.
I would not recommend this salon.
I have been going to D'lush hair for many years and couldnt be happier every time I walk out the salon. Sandra and her amazing team listen and understand my concerns I have with my hair and always go above and beyond to get my hair the way I want it. My hair has neve been stronger healthier and with an AMAZING colour and work that then girls put in is just amazing! Sandra and her team are soo friendly that I actually enjoy sitting there for hours while my hair is becoming a masterpiece!

I would not recommend D'lush hair in Drummoyne to anyone. I specifically asked Sandra to use a semi-permanent colour on my hair however she did not do this. As a result my brown hair is now black and the aweful colour won't wash out. Sandra then argued with me over the telephone blaming me for the mistake, then hung up on me. My husband is appalled at the way I was treated by the owner of this salon and very disappointed with colour of my hair. I hope other women out there don't make the same mistake I did by going to this business in Drummoyne.
