One of the worker there doesn't know what should be a priority. He made customers waiting for him because HE WAS CLEANING TWO BINS FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. And what we ask is merely a 30-second job for putting on a number plate. Also, if you'd like to get your car SCRATCHED during a rego inspection as well as get yourself IGNORED AND DISRESPECTED, go to this place and you get all of them in a CHRISTMAS PACK!!! You can see I am quite upset with this experience as I am posting this review on Word of Mouth and YellowPages as well! This sort of employee is just declining customers and make the business and its owner lose money.
Went in for a basic service with a perfectly healthy 118000 km turbo diesel. Came out with a faulty turbo and a $4.2K bill.
Multiple trips back to DMB (who couldn't diagnose it) after the service, and then eventually i was referred to a ford dealer - over 10 days without a car, scattered over several different visits to mechanics.
DMB admitted they serviced the car without an air filter, but claimed the turbo just "let go" and it was a coincidence that it failed in their care. Because I couldn't prove it was 100% their fault they refused to compensate me.

Then today was rego change day. After I arrived at the RTA I tried getting my numberplates off. No luck. Stripped screws and rusted through. I went ...read more
Because i live in Dickson. it is more easy and closer to take my car to DMB. i took my car for full service there. but they did redicluose job and charged a lot. i didnt realise that my car was serviced at all.
This time i took my son's car for roadworthy certificate. And the mechanic him self said they don't do roadworthy certificate for repairable write off. Suggest me to take to RTA inspection. I said i went already to RTA for inspection. The RTA says no need to bring your for inspection to RTA if your car is more than 10 years old.and take it to mechanic and get the roadworthy certificate only.
But here DMB says no Take to RTA.
Then i called deferent mechanics around the town. every one say they do road worthy certificate for repairable writte off car.
Then i did roadworthy by other mechanic and now it is passed by RTA.
