I would like to introduce My Company to you, DnJ Water Blasting. A Family business located in Forest Lake, we are a Pressure cleaning Business.
The scope of our business is listed below:
Domestic properties: All External house walls, concrete Paths, Brick or Paver's, Driveways, Patios or Pergolas & Swimming Pool Surrounds.
My company is QLD Water Commission compliant, Registered with Commerce QLD & complies with the Queensland Water Commission External Cleaning Guidelines.
One of these is that House cleaning can only be done once every 12 months (once a year)
This does not apply where:
?A building is being prepared for painting
?There are health & safety issues
?The presentation of a house to a new tenant or owner / occupier.
We also do:
Commercial properties,
Walkways including the removal of bubble gum (Hot water used) & the Shade sails if installed. These need to be quoted separately as it is an after hours job.
Industrial properties,
Internal washout including roof beams to eliminate dust and other contaminates and external surfaces. These need to be quoted separately. Elevated work platform or other special equipment may be required.
