Dockside Tavern

One of the few late Victorian Buildings in the Port, the Dockside opened as the Britannia Hotel in 1850 and was rebuilt in 1886 after flooding.
In the days of the six-o'clock swill, men would grab the nearest bike to cycle home.

If you want to go back 20 years, this is the pub to go to. It's a bar where people actually talk to each other! Friday night raffles are heaps of fun. This is this traditional working mans pub.
