Doctor Auto Car Care

Very unprofessional, will do work on your car or replace parts they claim are faulty (were absolutely fine...) and then tell you that you owe them that amount with no asking you if you wish to proceed first. Will break parts in the process of "fixing" one problem, and create issues with other things. Not to mention missing the issues that were asked to be fixed in the first place. Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere.

The guy that runs this place, ripped me off an additional $800 to what was quoted, and when i asked to be notified if anything else was to be done, they went ahead with it knowing there was nothing i could do, im a student struggling for money and he knew that but has scraped every bit of money i own whilst knowing it wasn't what i asked for

I have been going there for over 4 year for the service of my 2 cars, been very happy with them. Never had a problem and very reasonable charge. If there is anything extra needs to be done, Tutor always call to advice and quote the extra cost, so I'm aware of it. They also trying to save you money, by advice if things has to be done now or it is OK to leave it a bit later. Very happy with them. Will never change my macanic!! Jing

I have had various cars repaired and serviced over the last 4 years at Dr Auto. The service i have received is excellent, and i would recommend them to anybody with confidence. Five star for me.
