Doctor Sax

I was relatively unimpressed with this experience with Doctor Sax. I went to get my sax serviced last time I was there, specifically wanting my G sharp key to stop sticking, which I informed the person working there about at the time. Several weeks and $90 later it was ready for pick up. I was excited to finally play my sax without being restricted to playing all notes excluding G sharp. Yet to my dismay, the key was still sticking and the saxophone was as grimy as it was when I when I dropped it off.

Maybe servicing doesn't include unsticking of keys and general cleaning of the instrument, in which case I was wrong to expect it, although I would have expected the person working at the time to tell me such things when I inquired about getting the G sharp key to stop sticking.
