Had some tree damage due to the heavy winds last week, they came within a couple of hours and were gone just as fast, not that cheap, but the service was faultless

engaged for an arborist report which was riddled with 'recommendations' for 'an arborist to be engaged on site while all excavations are undertaken' - when requested to explain - they were simply deleted - no questions asked!
the invoice was riddled with additional fees for 'exclusions'

Sloppy job. Didn't complete the job as asked. Left a mess, damaged a retaining wall, destroyed grass and broke pots and plants. Refusing to complete job. Not returning calls. Will be opening a claim with Fair Trading. #reviewtowin

A pleasure to deal with. I had a 25m pine that most companies couldn't handle. The first tree removalist bailed out after his first attempt and William and his lads came to the rescue and fixed up the complete disaster left by the first contractor. A very large tree with poor access, above neighbouring buildings, removed without damage or fuss, on time and for the price agreed on which was very fair considering the difficulty of site and job. Professional and reliable, rare these days.

They couldn't have been more helpful. I had a tree fall on my roof and the whole team turned up in half an hour of me calling them. It was quickly removed and they even cleaned the saw dust of the neighbours cars after using the chipper.
