The only thing this company did correctly was take our money. Initially installed 3 years ago, and it was installed incorrectly. Only found this out when we called after 6 months to say it was not working. We had several callbacks to rectify this problem, and it still does not work. We still have mould, rising damp all the things they claim they fix we still have. Do yourself a favour do not use this company if you want your problems fixed.
I am very sorry to hear about your experience, Whilst for almost 20 years we have rectified thousands of homes, there is always the accasional one that needs special attenetion.

Terrible business. They say they will diagnose your damp problem but all you get is a salesman pushing their overpriced extractor fan system. Then they didn't even finish the install, I noticed by accident crawling under my verandah that they never cut any holes in the wall for the air to get out!! The excuse " we forgot"
