This clinic should be looked into. Dr Perera's medical incompetence and negligence led to the death of a patient and his relatives are still affected all these years later. He should not be allowed to continue to practice medicine. He showed no regard for the life of this patient. His practice is dangerous and harmful and he showed not a ounce of regard for the tragedy they endured because of him. These poor people who suffered due to his actions know there is a natural law of karma and that karma will soon catch up with him. He was investigated for this and to imagine that he is still making money from a practice that has caused so much sorrow is a travesty. He is a very, very bad immoral man. ...read more
I had the worst experience today. I went to my appointment at 11 on the dot and went to reception to tell them I was here. I was told to take a seat, which I did. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing several people go in to see the doctor, I went back to the reception desk to ask how much longer I would be waiting, only to be informed that they hadn't put me on the waiting list. When I questioned why I wasn't put on, the receptionist had the nerve to lie to me and say I didn't go up to the desk. When challenged on this, she later 'remembered' that I had gone up and admitted that it was her mistake to not put me on.
I went to the doctor in the hopes he could help me feel better. Instead I left stressed that my time had been wasted. A 5 minute consultation is not worth the joke of the 1 hour wait time.
Not happy with my latest experience here. I needed a referral and the doctor at first told me that the hospital I mentioned didn't do that particular procedure, when they do. The doctor gave me a written referral to a different hospital, after which the receptionist had to tell that that hospital didn't do the procedure, and that I actually needed a referral to the one I had asked for originally. Take two, got a new referral and the doctor just told me I had to call and arrange the appointment. Had to convince them that, no, they needed to fax the referral and the hospital will get back to me (which the (lovely) receptionist again had to tell them was right). Then as I was leaving I realised that they hadn't written on the referral what it was FOR. So had to go back and get the receptionist to get them to put this on. It was only after leaving once again that I realised that they had written the wrong information (pretty important information) on the referral. I was going to go back ...read more
