Thank you DSA. After two years using your printer repairs service department we finally bit the bullet and took your advice to purchase a new copier. The whole process has been fantastic and would happily tell my friends and family about the seamless experience we have been through upgrading with you. Also a big thank you to your installer Mitch who was very friendly and helpfull. I look forward to working with you.

Very happy with the service i received. I have used DSA twice now for urgent breakdowns. Tech came out that day both times. First one needed a few parts and recommended a few that were on their way out. So got it all done and the machine runs great. 2nd and most recent visit was even better, when the tech came out he had the part that broke with him so it was done and running within an hour. I run a business and photocopying and printing is a stress that i dont need, very happy to use DSA again. They got me out of hot water and I'm sure they will again

Document Services has extremely poor service; I would give less than 1 star rating if I could.

We were awaiting a document feeder for our Ricoh multifunction copier. We had to pre-pay the $800+ invoice and waited 4 months for the part which is unacceptable. They provided very few status updates on the request throughout the time we were waiting, even after several calls and emails requesting an update. We then eventually get the part, the technician shows up two days later to install it, spends over an hour and a half in our office, and it turns out the part is broken. Almost impossible to get responses from them regardless of the number of emails/calls. They charged us hundreds in technician fees to tell us a fuser would solve our issues with our multifunction but we had to prepay them for the fuser whcih then took 2 months to arrive. Then another few hundred in technician fees to tell us the fuser wasn't actually the problem but now they won't take it back. Offered to buy a new machine off them net of the fuser we didn't need that they told us we did need and been ignored/put off for another two weeks. Absolutely amazingly poor level of service

Very disappoining service. I would not recommend this company. I would have thought that when a printer won't print that doing a test print would be normal practice but I was advised "If you required an example to be printed through the computer, this should have been requested before signing the job sheet and you could have advised the technician that you were going to do a test print from the computer before he left". I did ask the technician if I could do a test print and he ignored me. Not good enough!!
