In reviewing across the broad there seems to be quite a level of consistency with their customer service or service in general that is provided. I have had my mobile phone contract with them for some time, and recently I signed up a broadband package. In looking back, Im not even certain why Ive gone down that path again given the headache I had last time round. Offered unlimited connection, phone calls basically all the bells and whistles with their top of the range package. From the initial start date, we had issues with the phone line, internet kept dropping on & off. Theyve sent a few technician out now and apparently each time it has been resolved. Its been a few days now and just holding my breath to avoid another frustrating call with their international call center in lodging a ticket number for the issue!
Very poor service. Internet continually drops out. Many many billing issues. They tried to say in one night we downloaded 1000 gig. Unless we have a super computer i don't know a bout then i think that's impossible. When you ring up to complainyou can't even understand the person you are talking too. Once our contract ends we will go else where.
