Yep, the staff are very friendly......and yes, the staff are very kind to your pets. But in that respect they are no different from any other veterinary clinic. I've never come across a veterinary clinic where the staff aren't friendly or aren't kind to the animals they attend to. My confidence with this veterinary practice has finally ended. Ever since they took over the practice I've slowly become more and more disillusioned with them, regardless of the pet owners' circumstances, recommending more frequent than necessary consultations, treatments and products, and as I've now proven, overcharging to high Heaven! The $750 quote I was given to have my pet's teeth cleaned by the vet at this practice, turned into a total cost of $45 for a consultation and a complete teeth cleaning by another vet, with a recommendation that the best thing I can do to help my pet keep her teeth clean is frequent feeds of raw chicken necks. Good service and price, vets explain everything and they spoil my dog rotten! Friendly staff who don't do the hard sell and listen to what you want.

This is the best vet practice in the area. They are professional and friendly and the price is very reasonable. Both my pets (cat and dog) were treated with such kindness and care by the vets. My dog was very ill and needed an operation, the staff explained everything to me and gave me a written estimate and they stuck to this (and actually did more for my dog - but did not charge me for it!) Unheard of! The place is clean and the staff are always polite and caring. I highly recommend this vet practice and will be telling all my friends.

Staff are never in a rush, treat your animal with dignity and kindness and are compassionate to your feelings. My cat overnighted on a drip and medicine there too and I felt confident leaving her there.
