I have ordered and paid for products that were never sent. I got an email saying that they hadn't checked their email for weeks as their cat died but would send products ASAP. Nothing has been sent and any emails I have sent requesting a refund have not been responded to. Very unprofessional. I am now having to deal with Paypal's resolution process. Avoid at all costs!
