Training did nothing. When I tried to cancel 3rd training because I could not afford to keep paying a lot of money to stop dog biting with almost no improvement they kept my deposit. David threatened to sue me if I told my local vets, He stated he told me refunds were not refundable if I did not proceed but I paid for two training that I booked, I just tried to cancel the third booking that he stated I needed,but in my opinion I did proceed, (twice in fact). I gave heaps of notice so he lost nothing, obviously just wants my money. Be careful ang get everything in writing,
Expensive and not worth your time. Puppies are allowed of the leash for a free for all playtime session, but be careful as this may permanently scar your pup if he/she is timid and shy. The result is a grown up dog scared of other dogs because of what they had learnt during puppy school. My pup was dominated by the other pups that are more confident and spent the playtime session in one corner and under a chair. The people who run this believe in pack nature of dogs and should be left to fend for themselves. At one stage my tiny pup was almost bitten by a larger one. Classes are rushed and your given information that you would already have learnt before getting a dog. Your vet is your biggest source of information and much more informative. I found the trainer running the class didnt really know what he was talking about and handled my pup harshly.
