Dollar 2 U

Dollar 2 U is a terrible store from extremely poor customer service to really tatty products that are over priced for what they are. You would be much better off going to the Reject Shop or Kmart as comparative prices, if not better. With much better quality. The aisles are a hazard. Way too small with a lot of clutter. Definitely a trip and fire hazard. The woman is also extremely rude and aggressive which is somewhat strange in a customer service representative. Witnessed her raising her voice at customers and bring dismissive when asked for help. Do not recommend.

Interesting place to shop except quite, dangerous when navigating the extremely narrow aisles. Boxes and items on the floor in all the aisles, very difficult getting around corners with a small pram (was told I should leave it outside the shop by the shop owner). I tripped and almost fell over twice. I brought the problem to the attention of the shop owner and was brushed aside and ignored. Have reported to centre management (they are fed up telling them about the problem they have) also reported to fire department who are going to pay them a visit.
