I bought a voucher for Dollface from a deal website. A $9 promo seemed like amazing value for money but my experience proved that you really do get what you pay for. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked my appointment weeks in advance. On the morning of my 10 am appointment I left the house at 9 to get the train into the city. At 9.15 I had a missed call from a blocked number, then a few minutes later a text telling me that they were running late and could I come at 10.30 instead. When I got to the address on Crown Street in Surry Hills there was no signage for Dollface. There was a shoe shop at the address for the beauty salon, and no indication that Dollface was also based at this premises. I bumped into another woman who was looking for the place for an appointment later that day.
