Dolphin Gymnastics Club is bringing competitive cheerleading to Melbourne's South East! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cheerleader/gymnast, come along and be a part of kick-starting cheerleading at Dolphins! Males and females, all experience levels and sporting backgrounds are welcome.

Competitive (All Star) cheerleading is a dynamic sport combining stunting, jumps, tumbling and dance. All Star cheerleaders train as a team to perform impressive individual & group skills in high energy 2.5 minute routines at State and National competitions. It�¢�?�?s a great way to get strong & flexible, have fun and make new friendships.

3-4.30pm Teens ages 10-15
4.30-6pm Seniors ages 16+ (adults welcome)

What to bring/wear: Close fitting workout clothes (nothing baggy for safety reasons as we will be tumbling and stunting), Runners (cheer shoes if you have them), water bottle.

What to expect: At the workshop you will learn some basic skills to introduce you to the sport and training at Dolphins. We will start with a cardio/strength warm-up, followed by stretches then we will get right into basic tumbling, stunt technique and finish off with jumps and dance!
