BEWARE - UNETHICAL- DISHONEST. My property manager requested a quote to fix a 3-4 year old dishwasher. Dom Tech advised, in writing, that the parts are no longer available, and even if they were it would be over $500 with no guarantee it would work.
Within 5 minutes of googling we contacted a Australian company who advised that the PARTS ARE AVAILABLE and will post it to us for $87 all up, and also said that it is a quick and easy fix for any technician. 15 minutes labour at most.
Well Dom Tech you are a rip off, and I feel sorry for your past customers that have trusted your so called professional opinion, only, like me to be told complete lies in order to over charge me, and then try and persuade me to buy your own , unknown name brand dishwasher at over inflated prices.
A quick search for your reviews highlights many people unhappy with your unethical service. An ideal candidate for Current affairs.

The report below must be very old as our experience differed greatly. Dom Tech are what I rate as a great business. Their staff are friendly and caring and nothing is too much trouble. My dishwasher broke down and within 24 hours they had the unit fixed and at minimal cost. Then 3 months later the washing machine broken down and I knew it was beyond repair so I ended up purchasing a new Candy machine direct from them. This machine is the best thing ever, I now love doing the washing. They provided the full service, delivered and installed the new machine, removed and disposed of the old machine and took the packaging away. Then the tech showed me how to use it and also provided some helpful hints. I found their service to be 1st class and would highly recommend them to anyone I come into contact with. AA+++

Poor products. Would not recommend them.

Very, very poor customer service and poor product. One of their products was faulty and they refused to give me a refund on it saying it worked fine, when it obviously was ineffective. (a tap adapter for a dishwasher which I had paid them $80) It took me numerous phone calls over 4 months and finally when I threatened to call the ombudsman they finally rang me back. I would not recommend them. No way! -Sara
