Domaine Plus Real Estate

I am a home owner and have meet some amazing agents. This one however is another story, the staff that work here are liars they never tell you the truth and when you call to speak to someone your call is never follwed up. I was walking up the street towards their office the other day and called on my way up to speak to a property manager the receptionist put me on hold and came returned to my call a few miutes later stating that the person i required was in a meeting and would return my call later, by this time I was standing outside the door of their office and as the receptionist was telling me this I am watching the person through the window telling her what to say!! she hung up the phone and they continued talking, I found another realestate that day to sell my property!! Very disappointed with the customer service, I called to make an enquiry on a property and all I got was a rude staff on the other end with attitude! I then went in hoping to deal with the management only to find out it was actually this person that was rude to me they were even more horrible in person the other person was quite nice and apologetic for the other person's behaviour and ended up helping us with our enquiries, when I called back the next day to organise a viewing I got this staff again and when I very politely asked to deal with the other staff they told me they were not going to pass on the call unless I told them why I was calling. I then again very politely told them I wanted to organise a viewing of the property that I discussed with the other staff the day before tehy told me that property was no longer available..
