The worst. Terrible service. Terrible product. Overpriced and under delivered. After being convinced by the store to take a punt and buy a set from the catalogue for our toddler that they didn't have an example of on the floor we paid a lot more than our planned budget. All we got in return was disappointment and frustration. We're now trying to off-load the set on gum tree for next to nothing only a couple of weeks after receiving it. We try to support made in Australia where possible, which was a decider for us on this order, but we're now buying a whole new set from IKEA where at least we know exactly what we're getting, when it will arrive and that it will be well designed and fabricated. Nothing about the process with this company was nice - even the delivery process was horrible. Large and well lit store with well laid out furniture displayed. Loads of lounges, occasional furniture, indoor and outdoor furniture available. Not necessarily cheap, but good quality and some nice designs that are not seen in other furniture stores. Bedding area takes up half the store, so you have a huge range of bedding options to choose from. The electronics at the back of the store are reasonable and a nice selection to choose from. Helpful staff except for the area where they sell the small décor items.
