I brought two chairs from your shop 20/08/16 and I was told to pick it up 25/08/16. Unfortunately after a couple of days I was told these 2 chairs are out of stock, one of them I can pick it up in 2 weeks, and for another one, you guys need 4-5 weeks to get it ready. I rang back after 2 weeks regarding for picking up one of them, your staff told me I have to wait till end of September for both of them. I said I really need them soon I can not wait that long. But your staff told me I have to wait, your company is not going to give a refund. I confirmed that this is not my problem but it was your responsibility to get the furniture ready on the time you promised. Your staff said if I ask for a refund, I will lose 20% of the total amount that I paid. There was no option for me then I have to wait. We purchased a HTL LEATHER LOUNGE SUITE from Domayne Auburn in 2012.After about 14 month ewe noticed the paint wearing on one of the recliners and we're quite shocked as we had paid a lot of money for the suite and expected it to be good quality. After calling Domayne Auburn we were told it was caused by my oily skin and the leather was only guaranteed for 12 months. With much tooing and froing from the company and Domayne Auburn it was decided after about 3 months to get a repairer to paint the lounge chair as a good will gesture.2 months later that was done. We now have discovered another of the chairs is losing paint as well after another 12 months.

Worst experience with Domayne Bathrooms in Auburn. At the time of sale the representative in the store advised my items would be available for collection within 2 weeks. It's been 6 weeks since the order has been placed and I am still waiting. No communication had been received to advise that there will be a delay. I found out after driving out there to pick up my items that my items were not in the warehouse, actually some were not even in the country. Most recently an order I had placed for a custom shower screen was somehow "cancelled". Again no communications and found out when I called the store to request the supplier to measure the bathroom. Now I am expecting another 2 week delay (makes it a total of 6 weeks) to my bathroom renovation project. Domayne advertise themselves as the premier brand however I have received far better service from eBay sellers and little, family run stores. Never again.
We bought a bed from domayne at auburn. Within a month, the wooden slats of the bed broke. I contacted the store and was advised that because we purchased a floor model, there was no warranty. We went to hardware store and replaced the wooden slats ourselves. Last week, my child was hurt as the whole bed broke while he was asleep. At the time of purchase we were advised that the bed had very minor scratches and was a solid wooden bed. I am shocked how this bed has broken into pieces. Contacted thee store again and they have advised that they will contact the supplier. The store has no after sale service. We r sleeping on the floor so that our child can use our bed. Such a big store and they are not bothered about customers. not going back again. s
My family and I have had the WORST experience to date with DOMAYNE AUBURN. They provided shocking quality furniture and terrible customer service. The bed we bought ended up being faulty and when we took it back for them to "fix"it - it came back with ANOTHER fault - 4 times in a matter of months! We ended up having to sleep on the floor with our 6 month old baby because the last draw was them sending back the bed smelling like toxic paint for weeks!! The experience with the management was disgraceful. They refused to give us ANY type of compensation for all their stuff ups and at the end of it all we had to return the bed. I would highly advise to AVOID Domayne Auburn and take your money and family elsewhere - they have shown no regard for Australian families and their welfare or satisfaction in my experience and it was by far the worst we've been treated by any Australian Retailer.

Funny that Domayne says to contact them - my husband spoke to Domayne's Head Office a number of times only to be continuously redirected to their Domayne Auburn franchise! This is how Domayne does not care about their customers!! And the franchisee is whom we were dealing with during this whole scenario! Such a terrible, terrible experience that has forever changed our view as we will never walk into another Domayne ever again.
