The Greek lady that works at here at the Alexandria store, Raz, is only looking for a quick sale from her customers with no help at all given to help her customers.
This is the third time my family have bought from here, but will be shopping elsewhere due to the last experience being terrible (they say things come in 3's) well they have, but never again!!
She is so rude and arrogant! No thank you!!
I am extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received after placing a very large order with you (DOMAYNE ALEXANDRIA). After being given in writing a specific timeframe for delivery I was then called and told this would not be met. When I asked to cancel my order as it is extremely important that I receive these items by a certain date I was told that if I cancel I would be charged an enormous cancellation fee. I would be charged this fee even though YOU were not fulfilling the terms YOU agreed to! This is deplorable customer service and extremely disappointing considering the amount of business I have given you. You can be certain I will never shop with you again and I wish to be contacted to have this matter dealt with properly.
WORST Customer Service I ever experienced at the PHOTO STATION in WEST GOSFORD. The staff had no skills nor experience in the field in order to help me with my small project. A small photo order which would was very easy turned out to be a nightmare. ( they where not busy at that time) I left after waiting more than an hour and my photos are still not processed. They ignored me and did not apologize for the wait - while I was there.:-(
Went to the curtain dept with our house plans, wanted heaps of expensive JAB curtains and assessories, but the consultants ignored us for 20 mins. We obviously ended up walking out...your loss....went across the road to the homemakers centre instead. Good one!

Surprising. In my experience I've found the Design team at Domayne Designs extremely attentive,in some cases over and beyond. I'm also a great fan of Jab's beautiful range of fabrics.
