I feel so strongly about the lack of customer service my mother and I had at Domayne Fyshwick I was compelled to write a review. My mother went there to purchase a laptop, she spoke to a sales rep and told him she requires the laptop for word processing and internet browsing. Not being tech savvy, my mother felt intimidated and coerced into purchasing a laptop that did not fulfill her needs and was overkill/more expensive. On top of this, the sales rep pushed for her to purchase additional anti-virus and in-house configuration of her laptop for hundreds of dollars, even after she said that I would help her with this. Not wanting to buy from them, she ended up buying the laptop from another sales rep in a flustered state, paying full price for a floor stock item. Don't purchase your bedding furniture here. The material is flimsy and the follow up service is substandard. We had the furniture manufacturer, try to educate us on the need to put more screws into a trundle bed that was falling apart, despite the bed not coming with extra screw holes or screws. The customer service management were helpful to start with and even came to our house to try and fix the problem. They added more screws but balded most of the heads so that we couldn't take the trundle apart when the time came to move house. We have still not used the trundle and will probably end up throwing it to a scrap yard. Lesson: domayne quality is substandard - wood is cheap and joinery is very poor. Service ok but would have actually expected a refund for a poorly manufactured item and we also would have expected honesty from the management if they had trouble screwing in the screws (balding the screws) so that we couldn't take trundle ...read more
