WORST company I have ever dealt with

Customer service in store was good and helpful. During delivery, there were only 2 staff who needed to lift many very heavy pieces and towards the end, one was dragging the item across our wooden floor and caused some scratches! Furthermore, since one of the furniture ordered was newly made, the paint smell lingered for about 2 months. When calling to ask about the paint, the people I spoke to were not very informed and phone calls got transferred around and back without getting an answer. We were also gifted 2 pillows for our orders. The pillows' packaging was already opened so we assumed that they were displayed ones. Every time when calling about the orders, the staff were never helpful.
