This salon Does not even deserve a star!
The absolute worst salon I have been to by far, i was going for a holiday overseas and decided to last minute get a balayage done and since fountaingate was the closest to my house I decided to give Dominic’s a go, and let me tell you it was the worst decision of my life! I asked for balayage and got highlights instead and the colour I suggested to the stylist said was not achievable and she suggested a different colour which I agreed on but in the end it was anything but that colour! I had 3-4 different shades of colour in my hair and one of it being GREEN!! And she told me the green would not be seen in normal lighting and was only visible in the salon due to their bright salon lights!! I went to Dominics Hair & Beauty this week to get some sunkissed highlights. I specifically showed the stylist some photos and underlined that i only want a few to stand out in my medium brown colour. I specifically explained i don't want lots of highlighted sections. She started doing full head ombrè, really fine and close together not leaving mych of my natural colour showing...
$300 later i absolutely hate it and i don't know what to do about it ??. She was just not listening...she was on a mission to get her idea across, and dismissed what i really wanted. She was also focusing on 3 customers at the same time, so i wonder if this place is focused on making money only. They push their products as well...making comments of how dull and brittle your hair is. It might be, but pressuring customers to buy your expensive products $50+ each, is outrageous. Worse saloon I've ever been to...as what i wanted was completely dismissed.

First time Visit - I was booked in for some foils and a blow wave. I have mid-length hair and wasnt going extreme, just a few caramel foils in my brunette colour. I was booked in with a "senior stylist" (who charges more) without my knowledge and got charged $350 for foils, cut and blow wave. What a joke! They were stuck up and rude and will probably continue to be as they dont seem the type of people to take feedback very well. I confronted them about priving on the spot very politely and they were very dissmisive. I now have a very friendly and affordable hairdresser who takes care of me and my friends as i have nothing nice to say about this salon at all....

This place is a disgrace. We are definitely not going back but just to let everyone know why here is some feedback. Got hair extensions and not only was it way to expensive they lasted for 1 week and they all eventually fell off. We went back the following week and all they could do was a blow age with a junior when we payed over $700. What a joke. The hairdressers compliment each other about the great job they have done when they customer doesn't get the result they wanted and it is completely the opposite to what they asked for. Very unprofessional ... Way to expensive.... NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WISELY.

First time been to this hairdresser! Got amazing results! I got served by massimo and got a great high quality customer service from him. I would give it 10/10 and diffnatly wll visit again!
