I Have been coming to see the girls at Domino 3 now for many years , they work very hard and are very efficient in doing the best they can at the mad lunch rush times. Great Variety of food and beverages to suite gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. The cafe can get very busy but the staff are always friendly and the wait is never too long. Don't let the busy times scare you away, the food delicious and the coffee even better.
I never enjoy writing a low star review but honesty is best. I've frequented this eatery numerous times over the past 5 years. The food is average and seems to be quite generic and bland. But the main reason for my half star is the rude and arrogant female staff there. All front of house waitresses treat you as though they are better than their customers, and we are a burden.
They are not smiling, friendly nor customer service oriented...perhaps they feel trapped in a dead end job?
Education courses pertaining to how to interact warmly and in a courteous way with EVEYONE no matter your personal mood on the day is imperative.
The owner needs to screen their employees better upon hiring.
I agree with you , first time l went to this cafe, the female server was very cold and rude, l thought she was having a bad day. Went back a week later and another female server was just the same.the food was nice but l won't bother these women again, by returning.

Just one problem- none of the staff knew what food was gluten free and what wasn't
The food was labelled, and staff didn't have a clue what h as of the food was let as line of it was considerate of dietary allergies.
Some staff tad grumpy/brusque
Suggestion- label all your food and seperate allergens from norm add sll foods.
Gluten free should not just be choc chip cookies or sweet meringues.
Clear signage where to order/ then clear signage where to wait for order- stops the mass congestion standing at front entrance and blocking anyone coming in to view and order.
Would be nice to see chairs and tables well presented to eat at.
