As some others have said this place has an attitude problem, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and don't even bother trying to complain. We go on Tuesdays to get the cheaper prices but it's not worth the longer than quoted wait times, inconsistent amounts of toppings anymore. We just go to the new pizza place across the road and you know what. Nothing holds truer than "you get what you pay for" between these two pizza shops.
Wow, cant believe the comments below. They get awards for such great pizzas, not only that, the pizza place shut down across the road from Dominos because hardly anyone went there. Dominos in Beaudesert are great, best pizza, great service and very friendly staff. I have never had an issue.
Sounds like an isolated incident, for every 3 or 4 bad experiences we have we might have a good experience on the 5th or so visit. Maybe we're just unlucky, but my patience has run dry.
SOOOOO SICK OF THIS PLACE, THE SERVICE IS SO BAD AND THE ATTITUDE THAT YOU GET WHEN YOU DARE TO COMPLAIN WHEN YOU WANT TO KNOW WHERE YOUR ORDER IS AFTER A HOUR AND A HALF WAIT. NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND IF YOU DO IT IS VERY SPARCE AND COLD. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, THEY REALLY NEED TO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS MORE AND NOT SHRUG OFF COMPLAINTS. THEY NEED TO LEARN MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION . WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
