Domino's Pizza Bribie Island

We have been ordering from this store for a while now either online or over the phone, at times they just do not have enough staff members which make for unhappy customers waiting for long periods of time for their orders, the garlic and cheese bread isn’t worth the high price and our pizzas never have full coverage of the toppings,slap happy, would recommend elsewhere.

Rang to order a pizza and when I ordered and about to pay was advised that being a Sunday there is an extra 10%. That really gets up my nose - They expect me to pay an extra 10% for a Sunday. WHY? It is a rort. I made dinner at home and they got 10% of nothing which is just that - nothing. Another reason to eat healthy.

Ordered 5 pizzas for a birthday party for my youngest daughter the day before the party organised the delivery for 6pm the pizzas never arrived till well past 8pm when the guests had left for the next 3 days i was trying to contact the shift manager and was told she was busy and couldnt attend the phone when I did get hold of her 2 weeks later she was so rude then the area manager contacted me about the situation and on the 1st of September we received a voucher for 2 pizzas the party was 2nd of august. Moral of the story is stay away from dominos bribie island the have discusting customer service skills and are not at all competent to be servicing the people of bribie island.
