Burwood Dominos is the worse Dominos.
Ordered delivery. 40 mins late. They took the money via paypal.
No one picked up the phone and i was forced to drive there. The excuse that was given was that they were too busy. Utterly disapointed. Completely under staffed and not can even be bothered picking up the phone
Phoned to order ahead. I had to ask if I had Dominos as the person did not answer with the name or business name. Given a price but charged more in store. Didn't have my order on screen but it was in the oven??? To add insult to injury the other staff who worked out our change was $10 short. No apologies. Pizzas were okay but would NEVER ever go back. Please go somewhere else to buy your pizza that has Pizzas AND customer service.

Went to get food after school and as I was walking by I noticed a poster of a pizza deal in the window As far as I was concerned the store was opened so when I tried to open the door and it was locked I was just going to go to the next store no bother but before I walk off I get approached by a person (I assume it was a worker) who asked me what I was doing so I responded "opening the door" and the person responds "well don't"! I found it really quite rude and WILL NOT BE GOING TO THE BURWOOD STORD AGAIN

I never seen so bad Domino's store. I got three Domino's stores around my home. The Burwood store is worst store I have never seen. I ordered two traditional pizzas. There are only 4 small prawns on each pizza and 5 tiny pieces bacon. I contacted to the staff in the store. They said this is the rule. Usually, I purchase pizza at the other two stores, where I am very happy with pizza. I will never go this store again. It's really bad service and poor pizza. I was wondering whether each store has their own pizza making standard. If all Domino's stores like this store, I only can say good luck to Domino's.
Hi B-Ball, I'm sorry your were unhappy with the pizzas you purchased. All our pizza makers are trained to weigh all toppings so that pizzas are the same across the board so you definitely should be getting more toppings than what you received. This store is great. I purchased pizza from them nearly every week. They use fresh ingredient and they have quite a lot of varieties. They have fast and great service. The most important and convenient thing is I can even ordered online which save me a lot of time and money to make calls.
