Domino's Pizza Katoomba

I think the delivery guy ate half my chips. There’s hardly any it it

the worst domino that I ever try, maybe is katoomba style?!? I order online and pick up in the store.. The pizza is super oily in the bottom, until the bottom of pizza box is full of oil and the pizza is undercook, the dough is weird, i ordered 2 thin and crisp pepperoni, but turn out is not crisp at all, one of the pizza even the color is pale not brown from baking.

We ordered a delivery at 11 pm, it showed that the order was cooked, made and delivered.
Even though we didnt recieve anything. We tried to contact you with no answer at all at that time.
The next day we called, you said that there was no one in the delivery address and that you called us with no answers. Both of these replies are lies because its a hotel which opens 24/7 and no missed call was recieved at all from you.
1 star from me definately! You said "i don't appreciate to be called liers". Well in the scenario happened you are liers! No tracking was showing at all through the website and there was no phone number to reach you at all!
That driver Cameron didn't end up showing nor calling yet you advised otherwise!!!

My partner and I Were house sitting and ordered a pizza from here it was really good lots of toppings good service a very good experience

Ordered online and watched the online live pizza tracker for over an hour until it said our order was completed but it still hadn't arrived. Called the store to find out what was going on and apparently it hadn't left the store yet, but was just about to. Another half an hour later (it should take less than 5 minutes for it to get from the store to my house...it's not that far) the delivery staff finally arrived. I asked them nicely "busy night?" to which they replied lazily "oh, kinda"....sat down to eat the pizza's which were lukewarm and although I'm vegetarian and ordered vegetarian pizzas, had bits of ham on them!!
Called the store again to complain and the options we were given were "You can either keep those pizzas and deal with it, or return them for fresh pizzas (probably going to take another hour and a half) or return them for a refund". We chose refund and will definitely never be ordering from here again.
Absolute joke.
