Domino's Pizza Narellan

Last owners were pathetic, we were owed about $50 store credit before they shut down. New owners just as bad, they refuse to pick up the phone to take orders 1-2 hours before closing time(fri-sat). As someone who used to work as a manager in dominos when i was younger i find this particular dominos store to be quite a joke.

We ordered at 8pm. 2 hours later Domino's called to say Pizza is on its way. Pizza still hadn't arrived by 11pm. Tried calling and they were closed! (So we went out for McDonalds) About half an hour later delivery guy showed up. We told him that he was lost if he thought we would want a pizza 3.5 hours after ordering it. He whinged to us that he would have to pay for it himself as he couldn't take it back to shop. How Rude!



We complained to Domino's Head Office. They told us that because in the end we did not pay for or accept the order they don't care but they have taken our feedback on board. Needless to say we have not ordered from Domino's since!
