Domino's Pizza West End

I rang up to purchase a pizza delivered to South Brisbane. The staff on the phone took my order and my credit card details and charged my card. Then found out that I was outside the area and for whatever reason was unable to refund my credit card. I was promised it would be fixed within 24 hours.



The next day rang me up and told me that my card would not be refunded for at least two weeks because the management were away. I ended up paying $48.70 for nothing... thanks great work...

Quite fast at what they do.
