poor staff, i ordered two pizza and at the time of pick up they just only cooked one and told me to wait another 10 minutes. opened pizza s and one of them was wrong pizza, called the store and said call after 5 minutes , after 5 minutes same thing again that call after 5 minutes, poor customer service , i don't know weather i ll get my right pizza tonight , but don't waste your time and money guys
As I walked in the door and staff stood at their benches staring blankly into space, I wondered if time had frozen and no-one told me. However, after a minute of me standing there I was relieved when someone decided they should help the customer.
Thankfully the pizza was better than their service - though toppings weren't in heavy supply nor evenly put on the pizza.
But for the price it was ok.
This Dominos store has a better hit rate than others when it comes to fresh, well-crafted pizzas. I've found ordering online is most effective, as the store is often busy and it can be difficult to place orders over the phone. Delivery times vary, but are often within 40 minutes to our home one suburb away.
