I received a cold pizza after waiting 40 mins (i live 2 mins from the store) and when i rung to complain was put on hold and then received a poor apology and the offer to send another one when i said not good enough i want to complain i got spoke to abruply with comments like " i offered you another pizza what else do you want" and "i have 10 pizzas cooking, why dont you just complain" and then HE HUNG UP. when i called back the phone was put down for a while inbetween and the person wouldnt give me his name at first. he denied it was him that hung up but it was his voice im sure. this is unnacceptable and i have made a complaint to h.o that has had no reply.
