Terrible customer service. I failed repair under insurance and two separate failed rectification attempts. Missing paint, dirt contamination under the paint, moisture under the paint causing paint failure, paint runs, orange peel and failure to correctly install and calibrate the collision sensors.
Lastly there is Jeff the rude, uncaring non customer cenrtic manager. This guy has no sense of responsibility and runs a mile blaming others for his business incompetence.
Highly "do not recommend", worst customer experience ever!
I had my car repaired here after a front-end crash through NRMA. I patiently waited 3 weeks for my Mercedes to be repaired, and upon inspection I found the workmanship was quite poor.
The newly painted panels had dust/dirt under the paint and a few chips had had been touched up with paint and a brush. There was some cracked paint between A pillar and front quarter panel where the panel hit the pillar upon impact. It was only visible from an angle. Unfortunately I have experienced another accident and was dreading the whole insurance claim process. However, Geoff and his staff at Domroy Prestige have went above and beyond the call of duty. My Mercedes was well looked after and was returned in better condition than prior to the incident. I will be nominating Domroy as my preferred repairer from now on. Thank you and keep up the great work!
After 3 months still waiting for car to be fixed.
This last month every week it gets to Friday (the day it is suppose to be ready) and it is next week. They don't get back to you when you ask them to. All up useless. Have no idea of work quality since still waiting for car.
